Cody page fixes

Updates https://sourcegraph.com/cody to fix a few things that were bugging me:

• Line highlighting not aligned in Safari
• Line numbers progressing incorrectly in animation
• Code fonts being odd
• Wrong font in the line numbers
• Page header element (h1), font and line breaks on mobile
• Page description paragraph width
• CTA button icon size
• Spacing between text and chevron on top "Read the blog" CTA
