Feature/fss child details

Finished up child details except for some known issues. Let me know if any of them need to be fixed before merge.

Also added updating child info and family member list on @input() child_id change event instead of init event.

Known issues:

• Date is still displayed wrong, but stored correctly. (sometimes shows the day before the one selected)
• md-select doesn't allow keyboard selection like html select does, though that may have been fixed in July and we just need to update (When I have to open md-select and press 'A' key then move focus should be on 'A' string like 'Apple'  angular/components#2668)
• No picture

I say we merge and make github issues for the known issues @rc2524 listed.

@rc2524, if you throw together some github issues, I say merge. If you don't, I'll put them together when I have time.
