I'm curious here. Does this create a precedent such that anyone that collaborates with Immigration and Customs Enforcement is implicitly excluded from the license? If so we would want to be careful as that could include any tax paying U.S. citizen.

I read your answer to mean that you mean the list to be explicit, not a list of examples from which implicit precedent can derive?

Oh the irony of this level of crying about Ice, Microsoft (and others) on a Microsoft owned and subsidized platform. And to top it off you propose a clearly illegal license change. I'm not sure you actually thought this through Jamie

If it wasnt so tragically pathetic it would be funny
