@agathver Why not ^ instead of locking deep version?

Because it has borken in the past. node-pre-gyp does not follow semver. 0.6 to 0.7 changed the files uploaded with the pre-built tarball. 0.8 - 0.10 dropped the support for NodeJS versions.
