This updates some functions in the codebase to remove unused arguments.
I found these by enabling
no-unused-varswithargs: all. Unfortunately, that also resulted in some false positives (not included in this PR), so I don't think we can check for this statically with the existing core rules.Is there anything you'd like reviewers to focus on?
