This removes the undocumented `traverser`, `scopeManager`, and `currentConfig` properties from `Linter` instances.

This removes the undocumented
traverser,scopeManager, andcurrentConfigproperties fromLinterinstances. Since the properties are no longer used in any methods, they can just be replaced with local variables.Is there anything you'd like reviewers to focus on?
