Fixed #8396 by updating documentation on Cyclomatic Complexity to fix a broken link. Also added a few more resources to the Further Reading section.
Is there anything you'd like reviewers to focus on?
I did add a few more links to the section, but if it's too crowded with that many links, I'd be happy to remove some.
