Introduction
This adds an Events tutorial to the documentation and links all individual event doclets to it. Also fixes the issue of links to events not actually being links.
Additional changes
Also ensures that the docs generated after a new version is publish on npm are part of the version commit that is pushed to the repo automatically.
Motivation
There was no example of how to use events, so it was a bit confusing for new users to figure out how to add event listeners for them.
