Things to handle when updating:

• endColumn and endLine (New: endLine and endColumn of the lint result. (refs #3307) eslint/eslint#6640) added v3.1.0.
• The new warnIgnored flag added in Fix: add warnIgnored flag to CLIEngine.executeOnText (fixes #6302) eslint/eslint#6305 (v3.0.0) so we no longer have to rely on text parsing of the messages.
• eslint-plugin-import@^1.10.2 for eslint@3 compatibility
• eslint-config-airbnb-base@^4.0.0 for eslint@3 compatibility (Update eslint-config-airbnb-base to version 5.0.2 🚀 #668)
• Fix any lint issues exposed by the new eslint

Not going to bother with implementation as of yet as it should be relatively minor, and requires a stable release of Atom including an apm using a bundled Node.js >= v4 (atom/atom#11897) before we can release this.
