Following this section of the docs, I'm trying to assign a user to an issue. Because I am on a Non-Node JavaScript platform, I cannot use Octokit, and thus had to manually set up a JWT system, which seems not to be working correctly, as every time I attempt to assign a user, the Github API returns a 401 Unauthorized error.
I have already converted the PKCS #1 Certificate issued by Github to PKCS #8.
