How to host asp.net web api project.

Recently, I am working on Asp.Net web api project as backend. I am going to host project to app.promator.com:52, not localhost.
I already deployed project on IIS.
But I faced one problem, I can't access that page. I want to access to swagger page.
How can I solve this problem? If you have any idea, feel free to reach out me.
