Account Flagged for a Month- No Response from Support #108151

Select Topic AreaQuestion BodyIt's been a one month since my friend's GitHub account got flagged, and despite reaching out to support, we haven't received any response. Upon checking the GitHub Security log, we noticed login activity from an unfamiliar country, indicating a possible hack. We promptly changed the password, but the account remains flagged. Support is not responding. What should be our next steps? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. His account: @Generalsimus |

Same issue, my friend's account @zhangt2333 got flagged dut to password randomized. The password has been changed and 2FA has also been enabled. The reinstatement request #2570849 has been opened but there is no any answer after 20 days. If someone from the github staff reads this, please help us. Thank you! |

I also had my account 'phalkmin' flagged last monday, it's almost 2 weeks now, not a single answer from support. I had this account for more than 10 years, and without any reason or warning, I got suspended while approving PRs - It's been a huge nuisance since then |

My account has been flagged and I have raised tickets and till now I haven't had any response back from github support. Please look into the issue. I am Having some important works to do which is where I am unable to make a pr. |
