Useless and Broken application

I always getting "The Service is temporarily unavailable" when I access the website, it was normal since before.

https://www.heroku.com have stop allowing free hosting.
I'm thinking about instead trying to switch out server side conversion to instead using client side solutions, so that it works offline and dose not need any server up and running 24/7 but there isn't any good equivalent solution on npm that's javascript based.

another idea is maybe trying to convert the tools i use into using WASM instead but i have no idea of how to even get started on that.
