Host details page tooltip for MDM is macOS specific

💥  Actual behavior

On the Host details page and the MDM > Status table on the dashboard, hosts see a tooltip information that has macOS specific wording:

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

1. Enroll a host in Fleet
2. Go to the host details page and hover on the MDM tooltip

To fix

• On the Host details page, for all hosts, remove the tooltip if MDM status is set to "Off"
• In the MDM > Status table on the dashboard, remove the tooltip for "Off."

According to the Figma for #7958, it looks like the expected behavior is to have no tooltip for "Off" on both the dashboard and the Host details page.

@noahtalerman I tried to find a relevant Figma file with the right copy but I failed. I'm almost sure this must have been specified and we didn't implement it.

According to the Figma for #7958, it looks like the expected behavior is to have no tooltip for "Off" on both the dashboard and the Host details page.

I updated the bug report to reflect this.

@marko-lisica, I did a quick Figma search for the tooltip copy: "Hosts with MDM off don't receive macOS settings and macOS update encouragement"

Please let us know if you think we added this tooltip copy in a later pass.

@noahtalerman @roperzh I think this is the latest design, and I agree, it makes sense to get rid of the tooltip for "Off" status.
