How to setup breakpoint under debug mode which is launched by npm command?

I'm using ts-node with VSCode to debug my projects, and there are 2 launch.json configurations.

Conf1 is able to setup breakpoint, Conf2 is NOT able to setup the breakpoint at same positon.

MY QUESTION: how to get Conf2 work as Conf1 ?

Conf1 lanuch.json:

If I launch debug with BackEnd Debug (Conf2), VSCode just shows me an unbound breakpoint error
