Headless download does not work

No idea why yet.

New version of testcafe (0.22) works fine with node inspector, but all I see is that apparently the code waits for the downloaded file, which never arrives. I may have to take screenshots (from test code, because I can't see how to do this in node inspector).

After I couple of test runs yesterday evening I had maxed my download quota (3) for the issue in question, so I need to test after downloading the issues I need (and move them away).

Filed DevExpress/testcafe#3127 ... If they can't or don't want to fix it, maybe I can reconfigure chromium as described in https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=696481#c141
